1151 Transfer of detained child into legal custody of Chief Commissioner for questioning
(1)
In section 13AT(1)(a), (2) and (5) of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003, for "facility" substitute "custodial centre".
(2)
In the note at the foot of section 13AT(6) of the Terrorism (Community Protection) Act 2003, for "section 483(1) and (1A) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005" substitute "section 460 of the Youth Justice Act 2024".
