184 Report on outcome of application
(1)
As soon as possible after the determination of a protection application or an application for a therapeutic treatment order made by the DFFH Secretary, the Secretary must report to the Children's Court—
(a)
that the application was dismissed; or
(b)
that a protection order or a therapeutic treatment order, as the case may be, was made.
(2)
A report under subsection (1)(b) must state the terms of the order.
