38 Commissioner for Youth Justice has and may exercise functions and powers of youth justice custodial officer
(1)
The Commissioner for Youth Justice has and may exercise all the functions and powers of a youth justice custodial officer.
(2)
The exercise of a function or power by the Commissioner for Youth Justice under subsection (1) prevails over the exercise of the function or power by a youth justice custodial officer.
