40 Application for registration
(1)
A body corporate may apply to the Secretary for registration as an Aboriginal youth justice agency.
(2)
An application for registration must be made in the form approved by the Secretary.
(3)
An application for registration must specify the Aboriginal youth justice agency functions and powers that the principal officer could be authorised to perform under Division 6 if registration is granted.
