719 Publication of prescribed information—operation of youth justice system
(1)
The Secretary must cause to be published on the Department's Internet site the prescribed information relating to the operation of the youth justice system.
(2)
The prescribed information must include details of the performance of the youth justice system in achieving the outcomes specified in the performance management framework set out in the strategic plan.
(3)
The prescribed information must be published annually.
