806 Children's Court may order fingerprinting
(1)
In section 464M(1) of the Crimes Act 1958, for "his or her" substitute "the child's".
(2)
In section 464M(5) of the Crimes Act 1958, for "aged 10 years or more but under 15 years to give his or her" substitute "who is 12 years of age or over but under 15 years of age to give the child's".
(3)
In section 464M(10)(a) of the Crimes Act 1958, for "his or her" substitute "the independent person's".
