820 Powers of court at directions hearing
(1)
In section 181(2) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009—
(a)
in paragraph (b), after "section 199(1)" insert "or 206A";
(b)
in paragraph (c), for "Division 3 or 4" substitute "Division 3, 4 or 5".
(2)
In the note at the foot of section 181(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009, for "Section 199(1) indicates" substitute "Sections 199(1) and 206A indicate".
