837 Section 18 amended
(1)
In the heading to section 18 of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010, for "aged under 10 years" substitute "under 12 years of age".
(2)
In section 18 of the Personal Safety Intervention Orders Act 2010—
(a)
for "who, at the date of making the application, is aged under 10 years" substitute "who is under 12 years of age on the date that the application is made";
(b)
in paragraph (a), for "aged under 10 years" substitute "under 12 years of age on the date of the making of the application".
