867 Transitional provision—youth justice community service centres
On and from the commencement of section 756—
(a)
a youth justice unit established under section 478(d) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, as in force immediately before that commencement, is taken to be a youth justice community service centre established under section 756(1); and
(b)
a service approved as a youth justice unit under section 479(1) of the Children, Youth and Families Act 2005, as in force immediately before that commencement, is taken to be approved as a youth justice community service centre under section 756(2).
