996 Definitions and reportable death
(1)
In section 3(1) of the Coroners Act 2008, in the definition of person placed in custody or care—
(a)
paragraph (c) is repealed;
(b)
in paragraph (e), after "Justice" insert "and Community Safety".
(2)
In section 4(2)(e) of the Coroners Act 2008, after "Justice" insert "and Community Safety".
