27 Secretary may waive amounts of ZLEV charge
The Secretary may waive the whole or any part of an amount of the ZLEV charge otherwise payable by the registered operator of a ZLEV—
(a)
in the circumstances prescribed by the regulations; or
(b)
in any other circumstances the Secretary considers appropriate.
