34 Secretary may revoke suspension
(1)
The Secretary may revoke the suspension of registration of a ZLEV under this Division—
(a)
to give effect to a decision on an objection or review; or
(b)
if the Secretary considers that the suspension should be revoked for any reason.
(2)
The Secretary must give the registered operator of the ZLEV written notice of the revocation of the suspension of registration under subsection (1).
