Seal of Aboriginal Lands Trust

In force

(1)

The common seal of the Trust shall be kept in such custody and authenticated in such manner as the Trust directs and shall not be used except upon the resolution of the Trust.

(2)

All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial notice of the common seal of the Trust affixed to a document and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
