Aboriginal Affairs Planning Authority Act 1972

any land vested in the Crown which, immediately prior to the date of the coming into operation of this Act, was reserved for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants under the provisions of section 29 of the Land Act 1933 ², and was the subject of a proclamation made under section 18(1)(a) of the repealed Act; and

any land vested in the Crown which is reserved for the use and benefit of the Aboriginal inhabitants under the provisions of Part 4 of the Land Administration Act 1997, and is the subject of a proclamation made under section 25(1)(a) of this Act.
