Remuneration of members of Committee or subcommittee

In force

(1)

A member of the Committee, or of a subcommittee, is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances determined by the Minister on the recommendation of the Public Sector Commissioner unless the member is a public service officer.

(2)

In subsection (1) —

subcommittee means a subcommittee of the Committee established under regulations made for the purposes of section 32.
