67A Fees regulations
In this section —
fee includes a charge.
Regulations may prescribe, or provide for the determination of, fees payable in relation to the performance of functions under this Act.
Without limiting subsection (2), regulations may provide for the following —
fees determined on the basis of recovering the costs of the performance of functions in relation to a particular case;
interest payable on unpaid fees;
penalties for, and other consequences of, failure to pay fees, late payment of fees or underpayment of fees;
recovery of fees.
Nothing in this section limits the operation of the Interpretation Act 1984 sections 43, 45 and 45A.
