25 Leave of absence
(1)
The Committee may, on the terms and conditions determined by the Committee, grant a Committee member leave to be absent from office for a period not exceeding 2 months.
(2)
The Minister may, on the terms and conditions determined by the Minister, grant a Committee member leave to be absent from office for a period exceeding 2 months.
