33 Minister may deal with matter or reduce quorum if no quorum due to application of regulation 31
If a quorum of the Committee, as provided under regulation 37(2), is not present during the consideration of a matter because a relevant member is disqualified under regulation 31 in relation to the matter, the Minister may —
deal with the matter insofar as the Committee cannot; or
reduce the number of Committee members required for a quorum in relation to the matter.
However, the Minister cannot deal, under subregulation (1)(a), with a matter that relates to the performance of a function of the Committee in relation to either of the following —
a particular person or matter;
the giving of advice, or making of a recommendation, to the Minister under the Act.
