Remaining on community lands

In force

(a)

A person who requires permission under these by‑laws shall not enter or remain on community land without permission.

(b)

A person who has permission under these by‑laws to enter or remain on community land shall not contravene any term or condition of that permission to be or remain on community land.

(c)

Any person ordered by the Council to leave community land shall do so as is reasonably possible.
