110 Review by CEO of certain decisions, application for
(1)
A person who is aggrieved by a decision made for the purposes of this Act by —
(a)
a person to whom the CEO had delegated a function under section 6(1); or
(ba)
the adoption applications committee; or
(b)
a private adoption agency,
may apply to the CEO to review the decision.
