133 Court etc. proceedings to be in private
(1)
Proceedings in any court or tribunal under or in relation to this Act are not to be heard in open court and all persons other than a party to the proceedings or his or her legal practitioner are to be excluded during the proceedings, except as otherwise directed by the court or tribunal.
(2)
A court or tribunal may order any person to leave the room or other place during the examination of a witness in proceedings mentioned in subsection (1).
