93 Persons conducting etc. adoption services, CEO may direct to give CEO information
(1)
The CEO may direct a person (including an association or body of persons, corporate or unincorporate) that conducts or has conducted adoption services, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, to give to the CEO such information in relation to those adoption services, from the records in its custody, power or control, as the CEO certifies in writing is required for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A person is to comply with a direction of the CEO under subsection (1).
Penalty: a fine of $10 000 and imprisonment for 12 months.
