68 Withdrawal of infringement notice
(1)
An authorised person may withdraw an infringement notice at any time by sending to the alleged offender a notice in the prescribed form.
(2)
If an infringement notice is withdrawn after the modified penalty has been paid, the amount paid is to be refunded.
