Penalties for body corporate

Current

A body corporate that is convicted of an offence is liable to a penalty of —

(a)

if a minimum penalty is specified in relation to that offence, not less than 5 times that minimum penalty; and

(b)

in any event, a maximum penalty of not more than 5 times the maximum penalty specified in relation to that offence.
