17 Form of licence
A licence shall be in the form prescribed.
A licence shall specify —
the name of the applicant;
the address of the place where he resides;
the address of the place or places of business in respect of which it is taken out, or where no permanent place of business is established the address at or from which the applicant proposes to carry on his business;
the trade name, if any, under which the business is to be carried on; and
where appropriate, the class or classes of business authorised.
A licence shall specify any condition, limitation or restriction subject to which it was granted.
The holder of a licence may apply to a magistrate in the court by which the licence was granted for an order varying the particulars specified in a licence during the currency of the licence and the magistrate may —
order that the particulars be so varied;
order that the matter be dealt with by way of an application for a new licence; or
refuse to make an order,
as he thinks fit.
