30 Power to obtain opinion
The Auditor General is entitled to submit to the State Solicitor —
(a)
a question concerning the functions of the Auditor General; or
(b)
a question of law relating to an audit,
and the State Solicitor is to give the Auditor General a written opinion on the question.
