2 Commencement
(1)
Subject to subsections (1) and (2), this Act comes into operation on such day as is fixed by proclamation.
(2)
The day fixed under subsection (1) is to be after the day that a certificate is given by the Treasurer under section 13.
(3)
Sections 3 and 13 come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
