50E CEO (corrections) may substitute different place of detention and apply conditions
The CEO (corrections) may, at any time, by notice in writing given to an accused granted bail subject to a home detention condition —
(a)
substitute a different place for the place where an accused is required by a home detention condition to remain; or
(b)
require the accused to comply with such of the conditions specified in the list provided to the accused under section 24A(4) as are specified in the notice.
