15 Construction of references
Subject to these regulations, if a reference express or implied to BNZ is contained in —
(a)
a written law (other than these regulations);
(b)
a document, whenever made or executed; or
(c)
a register established or kept under a written law,
the reference is, after the commencement time, to be read as a reference to National, unless the context otherwise requires.
