8 BNZ employees
(1)
Each BNZ employee is to be engaged exclusively in the provision of services to National and is subject to the direction and control of the officers of National who are responsible for the control of the business of National in Western Australia.
(2)
Subregulation (1) applies subject to any law or determination relating to the employment of a BNZ employee.
