2 Commencement
(1)
The long title, this Part, Part 2 (except section 11) and section 43(1) and (2) come into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.
(2)
Section 11 comes into operation on such day as is fixed by proclamation.
(3)
The other provisions of this Act come into operation on the day of privatisation.
