26 Names Bank etc. cannot use
(1)
The Bank or a subsidiary of the Bank must not use any name in connection with its business which suggests that it is associated with the Government.
(2)
The use of the name “Bank of Western Australia Ltd” or “BankWest” does not contravene subsection (1).
