33 Evidentiary provisions
(1)
Documentary or other evidence which would have been admissible for or against the interests of the former Bank if the 1990 Act had not been enacted is admissible for or against the interests of the Bank.
(2)
Sections 89 to 96 (inclusive) of the Evidence Act 1906 continue to apply with respect to the banker’s books of the former Bank and to entries made in those banker’s books before the appointed day.
(3)
In subsection (2) banker’s books has the same meaning as in the Evidence Act 1906.
