186 Regulations: restriction or exclusion of s. 182(2) or (3)
The regulations may restrict or exclude the operation of section 182(2) by reference to any of, or a combination of, the following —
the fauna or flora taken;
the class of person taking the fauna or flora;
the time of taking;
the place of taking;
the manner of taking;
the quantity of fauna or flora taken;
the circumstances of the taking.
The regulations may restrict or exclude the operation of section 182(3) by reference to any of, or a combination of, the following —
the fauna disturbed;
the class of person disturbing the fauna;
the time of disturbance;
the place of disturbance;
the manner of disturbance;
the quantity of fauna disturbed;
the circumstances of the disturbance.
