191 Issue of codes of practice
The Minister may issue a code of practice for the purpose of providing guidance in relation to nature‑based tourism and recreation on land that is not CALM Act land.
A code of practice issued under this section may incorporate by reference any other code or subsidiary legislation as existing or in force from time to time or as existing or in force at a particular time.
The Minister may amend or revoke a code of practice issued under this section.
The CEO must publish a notice in the Gazette giving details of the issue, amendment or revocation of a code of practice under this section.
A code of practice issued under this section is not subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
