258 Orders made by Minister
(1)
This section applies to an order made by the Minister under another provision of this Act if the other provision states that it so applies.
(2)
An order to which this section applies is subsidiary legislation for the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984.
(3)
The Minister must cause a copy of each of the following orders to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as is practicable after the order is published in the Gazette —
(a)
an order to which this section applies;
(b)
an order amending or repealing an order referred to in paragraph (a).
(4)
Subsection (3) does not apply if the order is referred to in section 259.
