316 Firearms Act 1973 amended
(1)
This section amends the Firearms Act 1973.
(2)
Delete section 23(10b) and insert:
(11A)
For the purposes of subsections (10) and (10a), the fact that a person uses or carries a firearm for the purposes of an activity authorised under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 is not a reasonable excuse.
