52 Duty to notify CEO of change in ownership or occupation
(1)
If a notice is given to an owner of land under section 50(1), the owner must give written notice to the CEO in accordance with subsection (2) if —
(a)
that person ceases to be an owner of the land; or
(b)
that person or another person ceases to be an occupier of the land.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $20 000.
(2)
The notice must —
(a)
give details of the change in ownership or occupation of the land including the name and address of the next owner or occupier of the land (if known); and
(b)
be given to the CEO within 60 days after the day on which the change in ownership or occupation of the land occurs.
