6 Lawful activity
For the purposes of this Act, but without limiting what may constitute a lawful activity, a reference in this Act to a lawful activity includes —
(a)
clearing that does not involve an offence under the Environmental Protection Act 1986 section 51C; and
(b)
an activity prescribed or of a class prescribed for the purposes of this section.
