130 Control of closed areas
(1)
A person must not enter a closed area without the permission of a CALM Act officer.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $5 000.
(2)
A CALM Act officer may direct any person to leave a closed area.
(3)
A direction may be given under subregulation (2) orally or in writing.
(4)
A person must comply with a direction given to the person under subregulation (2).
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $5 000.
(5)
It is a defence to a charge of an offence under subregulation (1) or (4) to prove that the person charged had a reasonable excuse.
