151 Authorisations from owners or occupiers of land
(1)
This regulation applies to an authorisation required from the owner or occupier of land for the purposes of section 171(2) or 173(2)(a) of the Act.
(2)
An authorisation to which this regulation applies must —
(a)
be in writing; and
(b)
identify the relevant land, and the period during which access to the relevant land is authorised; and
(c)
be signed and dated by the owner or occupier of the land providing the authorisation.
