153 Liability of officers of body corporate for offence by body
(1)
For the purposes of section 237(2)(d) of the Act but subject to subregulation (2), all provisions of these regulations that create an offence are prescribed for the purposes of section 237 of the Act.
(2)
Subregulation (1) does not apply to an offence that relates to a licence that may only be granted to an individual.
