156 Fees
(1)
The fees specified in Schedule 7 are payable in respect of the matters specified in that Schedule.
(2)
The CEO may waive payment of, or refund, the whole or a part of a fee in a particular case if the CEO considers in the circumstances that it is appropriate to do so.
