A licence may include a condition that requires the holder of the licence to —
give the CEO returns relating to the operation of the licence (including activities conducted under the licence); and
ensure that the returns —
contain the information specified in the condition; and
are in a form specified in the condition; and
are provided in a manner specified in the condition; and
are provided at times specified in the condition.
The holder of a licence must not include any information, or make any statement, in a return required by a condition under subregulation (1) that the holder knows to be false or misleading in a material particular.
Penalty for this subregulation:
if the offence involves a licence that relates to sandalwood — a fine of $25 000;
if the offence involves a commercial licence (other than a licence under paragraph (a)) — a fine of $10 000;
in any other case — a fine of $5 000.
