Release of agent organisms

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), agent organisms may be released in the State.

(2)

Where a notice under section 27, 28, 29 or 32 declaring organisms to be agent organisms specifies conditions under which the organisms may be released, those organisms shall not be released otherwise than in accordance with those conditions.
