108 Penalties for continuing offences
For the purposes of the Interpretation Act 1984 section 71, in relation to an offence committed under this Act, the penalty for each separate and further offence committed by a person is —
(a)
for an individual, a fine of $1 000; and
(b)
for a body corporate, a fine of $5 000.
