114 Proof of exemptions
In any proceedings under this Act the onus of proving that —
(a)
at the time of the alleged offence a person was exempted from a provision of this Act; or
(b)
anything was done or omitted to be done with lawful excuse or authority or reasonable excuse; or
(c)
a person, organism or thing was not in the State,
lies upon the person making that assertion.
