Consultation with other Ministers and Biosecurity Council

In force

Before making a declaration under section 11 or 12 the Minister must consult with —

(a)

any Minister who in the opinion of the Minister has a relevant interest; and

(b)

if the Minister is of the opinion that such consultation is necessary for the purpose of properly informing himself or herself as to whether or not the declaration should be made, the Biosecurity Council.
