168 Advisory groups
(1)
The Minister, by instrument signed by the Minister, may appoint persons to constitute an advisory group.
(2)
A person is eligible for appointment if the person has a general or specific interest, or expertise, in a matter regulated under this Act.
(3)
An advisory group has such advisory functions as are specified in the instrument made under subsection (1).
(4)
The Minister may, by instrument signed by the Minister, amend or cancel an instrument made under subsection (1).
