54 SAT review: residue management notices
A person aggrieved by —
(a)
a decision of the Director General —
(i)
to give a residue management notice; or
(ii)
upon a review under section 53(1), not to cancel a residue management notice;
or
(b)
a refusal of an inspector to give an approval under a residue management notice,
may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the decision or refusal.
